What is included right now?

Today every reader can record daily story quests, view the Star Map heatmap, and read the first two chapters of Book I. Chosen One unlocks all Book I realms and chapters 1–4, plus PDF quest journals and Star Map exports. High Fae opens all six Book I chapters and grants early access to Book II when it launches.

Are collectibles like fantasy maps and portraits available today?

Not yet. Fantasy maps, character portraits, and seasonal medals are listed on the roadmap as “Coming soon.” They are not part of any current plan. When they arrive, existing subscribers will be the first to know.

Is guild or community access included with a paid plan?

Guild halls and community challenges are still being built and are not included in any tier today. The homepage preview shows the direction we are heading, but no subscriber gets guild access until it officially launches.

How do the 7-day trials work?

Chosen One and High Fae both start with a 7-day free trial. You can record quests, read unlocked chapters, and export journals immediately. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Sign in and visit the Account page to open your billing portal. There you can update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel at any time.

What happens to my progress if I downgrade?

Your quest history and streaks stay with you. If you move to a lower tier, you keep what you already earned, but newly locked chapters will hide their full text until you upgrade again or reach the free unlock cap.

What does “lifetime” actually mean here?

It means one payment, no renewals, and no expiry date for as long as Weapon and Flame operates as a service. It is not a promise that the service will run forever — no honest seller can promise that. Section 9 of the Terms sets out exactly what you are owed if the site ever closes, including at least 30 days' notice and a downloadable archive of the chapters your level unlocked.

How do the lifetime levels differ from the monthly plans?

They unlock the same content. Lifetime Chosen One matches the Chosen One tier (all Book I realms, chapters 1–4). Lifetime High Fae matches High Fae (all six Book I chapters plus early access to Book II). Lifetime Founder is High Fae plus all three add-ons, a Founder badge, and your name in the Book I credits. If you already subscribe monthly, buying lifetime gives you whichever access is higher — cancel the subscription afterwards so you are not paying twice.

Are the add-ons worth buying now?

Only the Chronicle Credit delivers something immediately (your name in the credits and a Founder badge). The Book II Lifetime Pass and the Collector's Vault Pack are pre-purchases for content that does not exist yet, and they are marked “Coming soon” for that reason. Both are covered by the 30-day refund window, and Section 9 of the Terms covers what happens to undelivered add-ons if the service closes.
